Sales Engineer - Contracting

Responsibilities: 

1. To lead control team in achieving control order AOP target

2. To maintain customers database with productive visiting plans including such giving regular updates and exchanging ideas etc.

3. To carry out introduction of new initiatives launching to the market

4. To coach/supervise and support subordinates (s) in sales process and to achieve their sales target.  Assist in developing their competence in order to take care of customers professionally

            5. To participate in part of sales strategy preparation and marketing activity initiatives
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical engineering

• Good command of English

• Good interpersonal skills and strong service mind. , Enthusiastic, willing to learn and hard working ,  Able to work for overtime or holiday, also upcountry and neighbor countries sometimes

• Can drive a car and have driving license

• Could travel to abroad and up-country from time to time

• Presentation skills is a necessary qualification of candidate for this position
• Be knowledgable of contracting business would be much advantage of the candidate
