Job Summary:

The Supply Channel Marketing Manager is responsible to provide strategic and tactical marketing leadership to deliver sustained growth within Trane Supply. This role will lead and develop channel marketing, product introduction and communication strategies that deliver sustainable growth across our Supply business. This position requires excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication and influencing skills. The channel marketing manager and will partner closely with teammates in marketing, product management, sales, customer experience and external vendor partners as needed to maximize return on marketing spend and incent customer growth.

We are looking for someone who is a team player and considers themselves curious and has a strong customer experience mindset. This role requires working with remote teammates, customers and vendor partners and strong organizational skills are needed to manage priorities across the business, sales regions and customers. This role is perfect for someone who is growth oriented, likes to move at a fast pace, help customers, and lead a variety of projects.

This position may be filled geograhically near any of our DSO locations listed, or remote. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and plans to achieve strategic business goals to drive revenue for supply

  • Create and manage integrated channel and customer focused campaigns and content to drive awareness, revenue growth, position OEM and partner brands, and prioritize key messages

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing executions, promotions, and new product introductions via metrics and dashboards

  • Collaborate with marketing team and suppliers to identify and develop sales, educational and marketing tools to introduce new products and meet business goals

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create local marketing calendars and assets that scale across regions

  • Monitor and understand competitors within channel

  • Represent voice of the supply channel around marketing to the organization

  • Cultivate strong relationships within marketing, customer experience, product management, sales, partners, and other areas of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field

  • 5-7 years of sales, marketing and/or communication experience

Key Competencies:

  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, teammates, and vendors

  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence/inspire (highly collaborative)

  • Strong customer focus

  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver measurable results

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, solve practical problems and make recommendations for improved ROI

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Ability to handle a wide variety of projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, with an ability to prioritize workload

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
