Job Summary
As a member of Talent Management and Assessment team, the Talent Management Process Lead will be responsible for supporting the core talent management and assessment practices globally. Duties include leading the implementation of our annual Performance and Development Connections process as well as other talent management activities and assisting the Talent Management & Assessment Leader with other key projects and initiatives to support and deliver on the Trane Technologies Talent Strategy.
This role has been designated as Virtual. Work can be done from anywhere. Shared touch-down workspace available on-site. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the annual Performance and Development Connections (PDC) process globally.

Manage talent assessment processes including the 360 and potential assessments and other assessment programs and activities as determined.

Support the annual Talent Review & Succession Planning processes globally for the targeted populations in the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and functions.

Develop and/or update training materials and content to effectively prepare the HR, people leader and team member communities to execute on these activities.

Coordinate with corporate communications to develop and distribute process related communications to drive awareness and participation in the specific talent management activities.

Continuously enhance talent management processes in response to changing business needs as well as external benchmarking of new industry standards and practices

Work collaboratively with key stakeholders with such as HR Business Partners, HR Solution Center, Compensation and others in support of the execution of all Talent Management activities and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's degree in HR, OD or Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred)

5-7 years combined experience in HR, talent management, talent assessment, employee development

Prior experience in a global organization and/or external consulting experience for a global, matrixed organization

Subject matter expertise in talent planning, performance management, talent review and succession planning and assessment

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organization skills, a detail-orientation and the ability to multi-task required

Project / program management experience

Experience in successfully partnering with multiple internal stakeholders and managing multiple external partner relationships

Experience leading change initiatives with an orientation to HR processes

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Prior experience with various assessment tools, for example 360’s, Hogan, etc.
