Financial Analyst II
Position Summary
We are looking for a candidate to join the Center of Excellence (COE) Finance team. The position will report to the COE Finance manager and will work cohesively with a team of COE analysts. The position will gain experience in various aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis. This includes (but not limited to) GL reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting to support the company’s corporate functions (HR, GISC, CTO, and Finance). The candidate will have an opportunity to business partner with functional leaders on a regular basis to complete the required deliverables.
The candidate should possess the ability to simplify large sets of data utilizing available tools. The ideal candidate should have the curiosity to build lean improvements within existing processes. The person should be willing to work on ad-hoc tasks outside of the assigned monthly/quarterly tasks. This position will have a dynamic set of responsibilities that will evolve with the needs of the team and the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor financial performance and analyze and interpret operating results. Investigate variances and unusual items, and evaluate their impact on operations. Report results along with recommendations for action.
- Prepare the quarterly forecast and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the corporate functions.
- Drive business process improvement through automation or synchronization with existing intelligence gathering tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Strong Financial Analysis skills
- Ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build a positive rapport with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
- Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain poise under pressure
- Advanced Excel Skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office, Hyperion Planning/HFM knowledge
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx and OneStream preferred
