Associate Tech lead - PLC,Control Panel
Job Summary:
This resource will be responsible for the design and development of End of line & Inline automation systems for manufacturing plants and also responsible to support new IE4.0 initiatives in a long term. The person should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical and controls design.
Essential skills
- Experience in electrical architecture and controls design for minimum of 7 years
- Experience in design and development of control panel for minimum of 7 years
- Hands-on experience in Schematic and Harness design for a minimum of 7 years
- Hands-on experience of PLC programming for a minimum of 3 years (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi…)
- Hands-on experience in components selection
- PLC, Circuit breakers, Relays, Protection devices, etc…
- Transformers, Sensors, Hipot devices, power supply, etc…
- Hands-on Experience of using AutoCAD for panel layout and schematics
- Good understanding of safety and protection standards and their implementation
- Understanding of communication protocols (RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet…)
- Hands-on experience in system integration and testing of Industrial Automation components and systems
- Vendor coordination and follow up
- Good verbal and writing communication skills.
- Must be a team player and support the team efficiently
Desired skills
- Experience in system integration and testing of automated test equipment’s
- Test sequence design and logic programming will be an added advantage
Travel – 25% Domestic & International travel for project testing & commissioning
Qualifications:
B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics/Industrial Automation
