Job Summary:
Designs manufacturing processes and systems focused on exceeding quality, cost and schedule requirements. Oversees all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.Ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the program to introduce new products

Responsibilities: 
  • Create/modify related compressor processes,  Welding & Metal Fab.
  • Project Management to implement projects for Compressors products/processes
  • Work with manufacturing and design staffs to conceptualize, cost, justify, implement and validate new processes related with Scroll fabrication ( Welding, Metal Fab., assy, etc) 
  • Work as expert resource to identify opportunities with existing processes
  • Manage manufacturing aspect of small scale projects to bridge periods with less weld intensive work
  • Identify industry trends and technology related with compressor fabrication processes to remain competitive
  • Provide input into sheet metal fabrication processes creating components for welding processes


Qualifications:
  • Mechanical Engineer / Indutria  Engineer with 10+ years of experinece. (Master degree preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in a process development role. Compressor fabrication processes preferred: Welding & Metal Fab. 
  • 2+ years experience in project/program management role
  • Experience with Capital Expenditure Justification process.
  • Proficient knowledge of advance quality and design techniques.
  • Proficient knowledge of life cycle cost analysis, dimensional capability analysis and capacity analysis.
  • Strong communication ability with leaders in both locations USA and México.
  • Project Management
