Technical Lead - Springdale, AR

Purpose:

• Leads the installation, configuration, modification, and repair of product; equipment and systems that have been purchased by the organization's customers and identify and correct problems associated with start-up.
• The incumbent may manage a small team and act as a working lead who provides assistance to other service technicians.
• Performs complex diagnoses and repairs of equipment and systems at customer’s location.
• Performs complex preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.
• Performs complex repairs of mechanical and electro-mechanical components of productive and non-productive equipment and machinery.

Communication:

• Frequently interacts with internal and external customers providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
• This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.

Contribution:

 

• This role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing complex products and equipment on assigned projects.
• Ability to perform all work in the service and maintenance field on all major types of equipment.
• This role plays a vital role in ensuring their team meets safety, quality, training and productivity targets.
• Serves as a recognized subject matter expert/ advisor on technical problems.
• Responsible for supporting, and initially addressing ideas, questions, or concerns of their team and directing it, when necessary,
• Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units to the appropriate individuals.
