Type of contract : Temporary
Responsibilities:
1. Enters Time & Attendance information into appropriate company system, checks and ensure data accuracy, fixes anomalies. Provides the external payroll provider with the necessary information in order to ensure pay slips are administered accurately and on time, checks and validates the drafts before final process is executed. Manages HR reporting for holidays, leave, over time.
2. Ensures timely mandatory communications related to administrative management of personnel (hiring, extensions, terminations, transfers) through the consultant.
3. Answers questions from employees with regard to regulatory/procedural clarifications, contractual labor agreement, pay slip and any other aspects HR administrative topic.
4. Assists/supports the team with the preparation of hiring letters and any other letter personnel administration related. Assists with onboarding/offboarding activities.
5. Ensures update of personnel records in the company HR tool Peoplesoft.
6. Assists with the fleet management and the credit cards.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
0. High School Diploma or Degree
1. 3-5 years of experience in similar role
2. English at intermediate level (written and spoken)
3. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
4. Knowledge of the Office package with particular reference to Excel (intermediate level)
5. Knowledge of CCNL Service Industry, Distribution and Service
6. Motivation and interest on labor regulations and its continuous updates

10. Basic knowledge of Payroll and Contributions
11. Knowledge of the main T&A system
