Solutions Marketing Manager- IEQ Value Stream
Responsibilities:

Establish & grow strategic partnership with assigned portfolio leadership: IEQ, IAQ, Airside & DOAS

Actively participate in IEQ value stream and portfolio strategy planning and execution

Inform strategy, product development roadmaps and new offer development with market insights and customer data.

Support the new product development, commercialization, and in-line product/service marketing processes

Coordinate IEQ and IAQ marketing efforts with corporate innovation team and corporate communications

Identify themes and potential solution sets that address customer needs

Develop and execute the marketing plan for assigned portfolio(s) and personas that includes collaborating with other Trane Commercial marketing team members and the portfolio leadership team to ensure a holistic plan with specific, relevant metrics that can be tracked/shared.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to mobilize resources, gain buy-in and achieve results.

Participate in brand awareness, demand generation and sales enablement activities for assigned portfolios and personas.

Balance strategic marketing planning with tactical execution to drive meaningful results within the business marketing team.

Effectively manage assigned marketing budget to optimize ROI and overall business impact.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Required. MBA with marketing focus highly preferred.

5-10 years of marketing roles with increasing responsibility.

2-3 years of HVAC experience-building, energy, or other related industry preferred. (sales, marketing, portfolio, vertical)
