Software Development Engineer
Job Summary:
An employee in this position will participate in the electrical design of train air conditioning units, including communication systems. It will deal with the design of air conditioning control according to customer specifications, control system programming, clarification of control specifications, support in testing and approval of products, preparation and creation of technical documentation and solving technical questions from both external and internal customers
Responsibilities:
- person in this position improves the development of Rail products
- meet the proposed and customer specification for product in required quality
- complete projects according to set schedules and cost
- High school or university education with experience of min. 3 years (electrical computer technology) • Programming experience. Knowledge of Linux or embedded systems an advantage.
- Experience with creating software documentation (planning, requirements, implementation, testing). • Experience with communication protocols an advantage (CAN, Ethernet)
- Very good knowledge of working on a PC.
- Knowledge of English - creating documentation, communication with the customer.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Openness to change, creativity
- Team player
- Ability to organize
- Willingness to travel abroad
