Senior HR Solutions Administrator
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative support within HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR administrative tasks, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This includes managing HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Solutions Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR solutions and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This includes identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and working with the HR team to implement these changes.
Recruitment Support: Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Employee Onboarding: Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. This includes preparing onboarding materials, coordinating with other departments for necessary trainings, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees. This includes communicating updates to policies and providing guidance to employees as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience (minimum 7 years) as an HR administrator, HR administrative assistant or relevant role.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Ethics: Strong ethics and reliability. Must handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
