工作概述：

1. 从事商用空调产品实现过程中的技术工艺保证及支持工作；
2. 持续改善生产流程和工艺，以提高生产率降低生产成本；
3. 设定加工工艺，维护和改进现有加工工艺及流程；
4. 完成作业指导书，根据需求对本部门或生产部门的员工提供技术培训及支持
5. 新产品试制跟进，评审，合理化建议；
6. 新工艺技术引进；
7. 精益改善；

关键岗位职责：  

1. 参与生产线的规划和设计，对制造流程进行分析和改善；
2. 做好产品生产的必要准备工作，及时编制SOE、OMS和OP文件以及工具和设备的需求计划；
3. 设计制造工艺方案论证和关键过程、质量控制点的设立，编制质量控制流转卡；
4. 参与生产设备的选型、大型专用设备的方案论证和设备安装、工装投用的验证；
5. 负责对操作工的上岗培训、多技能考核工作，及时更新员工多技能工作表；
6. 负责设计或开发生产过程使用的工装夹具, 确保产品制造质量；
7. 负责制订产品制造工艺及相关工艺文件；保持工艺文件与该产品的有效性,一致性和先进性
8. 负责与生产线，技术开发部门，质量检验部门和设备管理部门的信息沟通；
9. 指导生产线员工按工艺流程作业，确保产品质量符合技术要求；
10. 协助生产部门对生产线员工的训练及资格认定；
11. 参与产品质量改进会议，协助设计工程师确保产品规范(技术要求)的正确和更新；
12. 产线安全/质量异常分析，技术支持。

胜任力:

1. 熟练应用办公软件，至少掌握一种3维制图软件；
2. 有较强的工装设计能力，能独立完成支持产线的工装设计工作；
3. 有一定的精益改善的基础；
4. 基本的英语能力；
5. 较强的沟通协调能力。

任职资格:

1. 3年以上工作经验；

2. 大学本科。
