Material Planner

Job Summary：

Responsibilities: 

• Work with 20+ external suppliers to insure purchase orders and Invoicing stay in sync

• Work with the Customer Service Team, Commercial Sales Offices and Finance teams to support PO reconciliation.

• Utilize Oracle BI Reporting, Microsoft Excel and Access to analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions in order to support data accuracy.

• Develop and Maintain reporting to track the overall levels of PO in sync/out of sync.

• Conduct regular meetings with Leadership and Finance Team reviewing status of current outstanding PO and good received not invoiced.

Qualifications:

• Computer proficient with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office applications

• Considerable knowledge of industry related supply base

• Experience with visual management systems. 

• Able to provide direction and training to peers as needed.

• Basic mathematical skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Broad working knowledge and experience with ISO procedures.

• Must be able to work well with external suppliers.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
