Marketing Manager, Great Lakes Region

Develop and implement the regional and vertical strategic marketing plan to achieve market KPI’s, including brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

Connect master Trane brand messages to the regional and vertical level and ensure connectivity with owner-direct customers, employees and other audiences as deemed important

Be an active member of the regional leadership team as a strategic advisor to the leadership team and support business strategy development efforts

Build and executive effective and compelling integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads

Track and analyze competitive marketing efforts

Manage the regional marketing budget, metrics and analysis of the marketing activities

Create direct-to-customer content marketing and public relations programs
-
Identify and prioritize vertical and regional partnerships and sponsorship opportunities

Represent Trane at priority promotional, industry and stakeholder events within the region

Serve as a champion for sustainability-focused community relations and philanthropic efforts.

Analyze market trends and state / local sustainability programs that could be advantageous to our customers and sales approach

Strong client service and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to handle a wide range of projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in a variety of digital marketing technologies and tools; experience with Marketo and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a bonus

Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.

Knowledge of marketing automation and lead management tools

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years related experience
