Job Summary:
The Learning Systems & Support Analyst provides learning analysis and support of critical learning systems to ensure a positive experience to meet business needs.  This position manages the operational performance of the learning systems daily while working closely with our external suppliers and their technical team on change requests.  They are the primary support contact for our enterprise and SBU/Function LMS administrators to ensure they are skilled on the functionality of the system.  
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for learning systems enhancements and release schedule, testing, and deployment of learning enhancements across all portals. 
  • Develop and manage the learning administration certification process which includes, but not limited to, tutorials, documentation, certification test and job aids/support guides.
  • Identify and recommend system improvements to enhance the learner and LMS administration experience.  Partner with SBU LMS Administrators on system change requests; document business requests and partner with external LMS supplier for successful implementation. 
  • Responsible for the testing of LMS enhancements while working with our enterprise LMS administrators to resolve any issues during the process. 
  • Provide ongoing, continuous support of all LMS administrators; both for enterprise learning and SBUs/Functions. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in IT Systems or learning related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience administering a learning management system
  • Working knowledge of SCORM, AICC and HTML preferred
  • Strong background in data analysis, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Solid consultative skills and ability to work with business partners; customer-focused minded
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with various team members at all levels across the organization
  • Advanced level Microsoft Desktop & Office expertise required; SharePoint knowledge required
