Job Summary：

 

Provides human resource advice and counseling to managers and more senior professionals on a variety of programmes and activities covering multiple HR activities.Involved in various, tactical aspects of the organisation’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programmes, ensuring alignment of operational business/department targets with HR policies, procedures and practices
