The Digital Adoption Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital adoption strategy with the goal of driving increased adoption & engagement of the digital products that enable the connected home strategy. The digital adoption manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer experience and digital product teams to align on metrics, roles/responsibilities, and critical initiatives that increase digital adoption. The digital adoption manager will also be responsible for collecting customer (dealer/consumer) feedback impacting adoption, and influencing cross-functional teams on key marketing, sales, digital development, and customer experience on priorities that will be implemented to drive higher adoption through shared metrics. The role requires strong institutional awareness and excellent communication, as well as ability to implement broad-reaching strategies with associates and customers.

This position is remote within the South and Southeast regions.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Digital Product Organizational Alignment & Adoption
    • Presenting a cohesive digital product adoption strategy along with identifying how to overcome barriers to adoption for our digital products.  The strategy should be include: overall plan/timeline, tools and training, roles/responsibilities, clear value propositions, commercialization plan and metrics, and initiatives to drive adoption, as well as a governance/communication plan for broader business alignment.
    • Work closely with the Connected Home Strategy Team, Digital Product Owners, Digital Marketing Manager, and the Commercialization team to align and refine the Value Prop of our digital products critical to enabling the connected home strategy 
    • The Digital Adoption Manager will design and launch a connected home program, driving key metrics around digital adoption and engagement of our connected home solutions.
    • This role must effectively articulate Trane Technologies Digital Product value prop to channel partners, sales team and dealers to own Digital Adoption.
    • Bring qualitative and quantitative dealer, field, and consumer insights to cross-functional teams relevant to increasing digital adoption to influence key decisions on priorities for sales, marketing, commercialization, digital, and customer experience
    • Align digital product metrics to customer expectations and organizational needs. Accountable for defining adoption metrics and executing by connecting with the field and dealers to drive adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year BA/BS degree or equivilent expereince
  • Knowledge of HVAC Industry, company-owned and independent distribution channels and HVAC dealer segments preferred
  • Experience leading and owning strategy from conception through execution
  • Ability to identify, develop and launch innovative products / solutions / services through cross-functional collaboration and ensure full system integration to provide the best customer experience
  • Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive, balanced solutions by pushing boundaries
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions promptly based on thoughtful analysis and critical judgment.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities quickly
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, IT, sales, finance, customer service, Legal, and marketing.
  • 25% travel within the United States (Maybe greater seasonally)
