Summary:  
The Service Technician is responsible for maintenance, retrofit and repair of air conditioning equipment and Comfort & Plant Chiller Systems, utilizing knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts  
 
This position requires an extensive knowledge of the HVAC Service Industry. 
 
Responsibilities:   

• 负责维护指定的产品和设备，提高客户满意度 

• 负责上门进行机设备的鉴定、分析、诊断和系统的维修 

• 根据客户的需要对设备进行预防性维护，包括现场检查、零件的更换和设备的更换 

• 根据客户的需要进行现场安装和维修，包括检查建筑布局、难点预测、收集材料和协调现场作业等 

• 通过检查设备的磨损情况来进行维护 

• 按照公司内部相关制度记录客户资料 

• 各服务站点均应提供再培训业务和进行后续的跟进工作 

• 为客户提供售后指导 

• 在日常中应做好各类零部件和工具的保管工作，将库存限定在一个可接受的范围内，其中包括设备的清查 

• 能够独立完成工作 

• 能够熟练运用各种工具，根据工程的要求来进行相应的检查和修理 

• 通过查看设备的状况和记录的书面材料，来检验设备的整体情况。通过使用说明书、使用计划来记录设备的使用情况，妥善处理后续的修理和养护工作 

• 为客户提供专业有效的服务 

Qualifications:  

• 大专以上学历，供暖、通风、空调或制冷专业优先 

• 拥有良好的客户服务意识 

• 具备一定的思维分析能力与问题解决的能力 

• 具有相关工作经验的人员优先
