Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and interview processes.Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Experience in [specific industry or field] is a plus.
